Anything Digital was launched in 1997 as a web design firm set to meet the growing demand by small businesses to have an affordable online presence. At the time, this typically meant a small static site with limited functionality. However, as the Internet has matured, Anything Digial has broadened it's expertise and knowledge. We now provide complete web solutions for small and large businesses, as well as not-for-profit corporations and sports organizations.

In 2004, Anything Digital expanded is client base into the corporate graphic design and print media space by hiring a full-time graphic designer. Since then, we have continued to expland and now employ staff for custom programming, copy writing and marketing.

Victor Drover, PhD

Victor founded Anything Digital and continues to manage the direction of the company and activites of the staff. Victor's expertise includes web-based application architecture and application frameworks/content management systems. In addition to his corporate responsibilities, Victor donates his expertise to the management and development of a number of open source projects in his 'spare time'. 

 

Kirk Mokford
Lead Designer

Kirk and Victor met while playing rugby for the Druids RFC and became fast friends. Following a number of informal collaborations, Kirk joined Anything Digital in 2004 and added his design experience and creativity to the growing team. Kirk is a thorough, innovative designer who readily gains the trust of clients. He is an expert with all the major design software packages and elevates Anything Digital with an impressive skill set. 

 

Mathijs de Jong
Lead Programmer

Although only 21 years of age, Mathijs exudes the calm confidence and professional manner of a seasoned code jockey. While knowledgeable in many programming languages, his real talent lies in PHP and SQL databasing...the heart of many web-based application frameworks/content management systems. Mathijs is responsible for maintaning high coding standards for all our custom products and attacks each challenge with a "security first" attitude. As a member of international quality and testing workgroups for various open source projects, Mathijs is truly an asset to our team.

Carlene is a dynamic individual who enjoys the creative freedom that can be found at her day job. The 2 years that Carlene has been working as a graphic designer have proved to be the most exciting and rewarding 2 years of her professional life.

Having worked in some of Canada's largest advertising agencies, Lisa brings excitement, enthusiasm and over six years of marketing experience. Some of her past clients include Pepsi, Frito Lay, Yahoo! Canada and more. With awards won on both the National and International level, her copywriting skills are only matched by her superb 'dummy' pass (she’s the scrum-half for her local women's rugby team). One part creative mind, one part strategic thinker – Lisa's skills are a welcome addition to any roster.
